Policy for rescheduling or cancelling
Your appointment is very important to us and it is reserved especially for you. We realise that there are many things that can come up in people’s day to day lives.
While truly sympathetic, when a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen, therefore this policy is in effect regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
Rescheduling a Feng Shui Audit
A minimum of 14 days notice is needed to reschedule your appointment to ensure your deposit is held. Dervilla will hold the negotiated price for up to a further 60 days and no additional fees applied once booked within the 60 days.
Cancelling a Feng Shui Audit
All jobs require a deposit of €200 non-refundable should you wish to cancel at any stage.
