We are electric beings and every cell in our body is a battery. Whether we realize it or not, the vibrational frequency of fabric impacts us through touch and by wearing them. This can change our energetic and functional state.
Clothes have chemicals in them and so do laundry detergents. So when possible opt for natural detergents. There are 3 fabrics that are made from Plastic :
Polyester
Acrylic
Nylon
Beware of clothes that are made out of a high percentage of these fabrics, 5 to 10% is okay.
Cotton, silk, linen, wool, mohair, bamboo, (Rayon and viscos are both made out of wood pulp and whilst they are considered natural fibres they still go through a chemical treatment therefore many manufactures call it a semi-synthetic fibre). Modal is made from the cellulose spun from the birch tree.
If you buy Cotton clothes, you need to wash them first prior to wearing them. Also hang them on the clothes line for a day, because cotton is a highly sprayed crop!
When we exercise, our body gets hot and our pores open and we start to absorb the chemicals that are in our clothes. Another reason to ensure your clothes are made out of predominantly natural fibres.
Experiments done by Royal Rife and other indicate that humans body frequencies can differ and range from 62 to 72 Hz. Rife also said that a frequency lower than 62 indicates a compromised immune system.
Organic cotton has a tested value of 110 mHz
Polyester around 10 mHz.
Whilst, Wool and Linen both have a signature of 5000 mHz , giving energy to your body as you wear it.
However, Linen and wool should be worn separately. Apparently wool's energy flows from left to right, whereas the frequency of linen flows right to left. Mixing these two together will cancel out the healing effects to zero.
According to research carried out, Hemp seems to be a good option to consider as research shows that Hemp:
Has an extremely high vibration
Is at least 4x stronger than cotton and doesn't breakdown after multiple washings as with other garments.
Breaths better than other fabrics preventing odour.
Colour doesn't fade as with other natural fabrics
Has a naturally filtering UV light helping to protect the skin
Is resistant to bacterial growth.
Please note that low energy fabrics can cause inflammation, illness and even emotional issues.
